Should I worry about making such a large purchase over the internet?
At Cape Cabinet Depot we realize that internet shopping can be worrisome. We have tried to take all the steps necessary for you to be as comfortable as possible. First, we process all of our credit card orders through a major credit card processing company. They are well known for their secure processing. We also offer Pay Pal for secure ordering. If there is any other way we can help you be more comfortable ordering online with us, please Contact Us and we would be more than happy to provide further credentials.

 

There is no particle board used in the construction of any of our cabinets. The face frames and doors of the cabinets are either maple or oak and drawer construction is solid wood. All Cape Cabinet Depot cabinet boxes are built from furniture/cabinet grade plywood.

 

We have three tiers in our cabinetry selection. They are Value Line, Classic and Custom lines of cabinetry.

 

Comes with dovetail wood drawers.. Drawers do not include soft close glides. Excluding Prestige and Toscana cabinets. Hardware included for assembly. Glue and nail assembly. Assembly service available for local purchases only.

We are a exclusive distributor of Decor Custom Cabinetry. Decor has high detail and custom designing. Come fully assembled. No online pricing. Pricing available in-store or by telephone.

 

All cabinet sides are stained to match on our cabinetry. End panels are not required but the face frame does over hang the cabinet side by 1/4" so the BEP can be used to bring the side of the cabinet flush with the face frame if you desire. 

 

Will I need to purchase extra pieces of Toe Kick?
Each individual cabinet includes a cut to size toe kick for assembly. Toe kicks are 1/4" standard toe kick. If you desire a 3/4" toe kick, you can obtain that by purchasing and ripping down a refrigerator panel.  

 

Can I receive help with designing my kitchen?
Yes, Click Here for design assistance.  Cape Cabinet Depot does offer 3D design plans for a one-time charge of $39.00. Any changes made to the original plan are subject to additional charges.  

 

Who will have access to my information?
We use your provided information when you place an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.  

 

What are the Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cabinet price for orders over $500. Any orders under $500, a customer service representative will contact you with shipping amounts.

 

All orders placed will be shipped via freight carriers. All orders will come wrapped on pallets. Pallets are removed from the truck and you will need to use a pallet jacket or receive by hand to receive your order. All delivery trucks have a lift gate.

 

No, all of our cabinets are shipped Ready-to-Assemble. Assembly is available for local purchases. We can build them and either deliver locally or have them ready for you to pick up.

 

Ready-to-Assemble cabinets are new cabinets, packaged individually, ready for assembly on site. The cabinet door is pre-installed to the face frame for ease of assembly. All cabinetry requires glue and nail assembly process.

 

Assembly times vary depending on the type and size of each cabinet. Wall cabinets can be assembled in as little as 15 minutes and base cabinets 20 minutes. Larger pieces such as Lazy Susan, pantry and oven cabinets can take a little longer because of the added pieces and size.  

Are double oven cabinets available?
Yes, we have Double Oven Cabinets avaible in some styles. Check their product lists for availabilty. In other cases a single oven cabinet can be modified to accommodate your needs.
