- As the billable party, you agree to the following: To provide the correct shipment information and/or product codes at time of shipment arrangement. Your shipping rates are based on the size of the order being shipped. Also let it be known that the customer is exclusively responsible for building the kitchen once it is delivered and is responsible for having someone other than Cabinet Depot install such kitchen. Therefore as the billable party you agree to pay for all the actual services that are provided, and cabinets that are purchased. Should the actual description of the shipment or services prove to differ from those that are shown above, additional charges may be applied and charged to the billable parties account respectively. All charges are based on actual services as required with full credit applied. Insurance coverage is the sole responsibility of the interested parties not that of Cabinet Depot or any of its subsidiaries. All items will be covered under the carrier's tariff schedule and the carrier(s) is subject to all state and federal law and regulations applicable to the transportation of this shipment and is therefore solely liable per carrier's tariffs. Accordingly, all interested parties understand that Cabinet Depot or any of its subsidiaries are released of all liability due to damages or loss that occur in the transit or handling of any shipment by the carrier. And as such the billable party will not refuse Cabinet Depot or any of its subsidiaries payment for any reasons relating to any disputes with the carrier. If any party other than Cabinet Depot elects to cancel this service at anytime, a 25% cancellation and any carrier fees will be assessed before a refund is processed. Venue for all legal proceedings concerning this invoice and services shall be in Lee County, Florida.
